Sleeping Soul
Tenno holds the secret to freedom in ‘Sleeping Soul’, a unique project about self-discovery and faith in oneself. An exemplary demonstration of East Asian instrumentation holds the spotlight, with few interspersed piano notes and earthly percussions that gently and pensively set the mood. We are often the greatest obstacle standing in our own way, and it is only once we become aware that we can set ourselves free.
About Tenno.
Tenno is a young nomad in loose, a mix of a ronin and a bard.
He travels through secluded, beautiful and magical lands somewhere in the East where he gains his wisdom and draws inspiration. Although, he sees more than one can imagine, he always stays humble and serves for the good of mother nature and its habitants.
From birth, Tenno was gifted with the talent to tell stories through music, which awakens in people their inner light and desire to live.
First thing he does each time he discovers a new village, town, secret settlement or a natural wonder is sit in a quite place to listen, feel and observe. It is Tenno’s sacred moment when he is connecting to the space around him.
He is welcome wherever he appears. His stories fascinate young and old. His way of living makes people honor and cherish every little thing in life, starting with a simple breath. Every time Tenno goes on a new journey, he leaves behind a feeling of peace that lightens up the place where he roamed.
Tenno’s secret of life is simple - to accept and embrace everything that is given and enjoy it till your last breath.
The dragonfly mark on his left hand symbolises transformation, freedom, loving life and having faith even amidst difficulties. It is a reminder to shed more light and joy in life and not to remain in the dark or the shadows. The dragonfly is shaped as “T” for Tenno.
